ACA At-Home’s Hybrid High School (HHS) offers a unique alternative to fully online or fully in-person education - combining structured, engaging classroom days with supported at-home learning.

Designed for families who value flexibility without sacrificing accountability, HHS prepares students confidently for graduation and their next steps beyond high school.

A Flexible, Diploma-Track High School Program

HHS is a hybrid of Distance Education and in-person learning.
  • Attend in-person classes 2 full days per week
  • Complete remaining coursework through a supported online platform
  • Receive direct instruction, assessment, and accountability from fully accredited high school teachers
  • Graduate with an Alberta High School Diploma

How the Hybrid Model Works

This structure develops maturity while maintaining strong teacher support.

To begin an application, please use the link below to access our Pre-Enrollment Form.  You will be asked to create a SchoolEngage Account, and then given further instructions.  

Once you have your student(s) added, please be sure to select the 2026-27 ACA At-Home Pre-Enrollment Form option.  You will need to complete a form for each child. Once your pre-enrollment form has been reviewed and accepted, the full application form will be added to your account for you to complete.

Please Note: Completing an application does not guarantee you a spot in your desired program as spacing is limited.  As spots become available, they will be given to new families who have completed the application process.
