Gymnastics @ Airdrie Edge

This exciting class will allow athletes to explore a wide variety of equipment throughout the gym to develop fundamental movement patterns and physical literacy. Athletes can expect to work on trampoline, tumbling, bars, beam, vault, and double-mini trampoline. This class will teach tumbling and trampoline basics, start you towards flipping, and let you explore your skills on the bars and balance beam! You really get to try it all!

Parkour @ Airdrie Edge

This exciting Parkour class teaches skills that develop rapid decision-making skills, physical literacy and overall fitness. Parkour and free-running techniques of traveling over, under, and around obstacles are intensified through the mastery of gymnastics tips and tricks. Apparatuses can include: Bars, Tumbling, Trampoline, Walls, and a variety of interesting things to vault over. Your child will have fun, try new things, and burn SO much energy!

Ski/Snowboard Lessons @ Winsport Calgary

ACA@Home is excited to partner with Winsport to provide top quality ski/snowboard instruction. This 3-week program will allow students to experience skiing/snowboarding for the first time, or hone their skills no matter how good they are.

WinSport’s School Programs are directly aligned with Alberta Educations Programs of Studies and Safety Guidelines for Physical Activity in Alberta Schools. Our passionate team help children develop a lifelong passion for sport and play through our programming and world class facilities.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons
Our Ski and Snowboard Program provides expert-led instruction in small group sizes from arrival to departure. Our program is nearly a full day experience when considering parent drop-off, equipment fitting, lunch, and departure.

This area has 21 different walls and elements all of which are attached to auto-belays. These clip to your harness, go up the wall with you as your climbing and then slowly lower you back down to the ground once you let go. Our instructors will provide a quick orientation, help with harnesses and then clip students in and out of the walls. They will also offer tips, tricks and challenges, for those who want them. All climbing equipment will be provided.

This option is suitable for grades 1+.

Our certified instructors will teach students the basics to top rope belaying and climbing. We will always teach how to put on a harness, how to use and belay device as well we cover safety checks and communication. Time dependent, we will also teach how to tie the figure eight follow through knot and how to set up the belay device.

The team at Colour Me Mine Airdrie has designed a custom 6 week class for ACA@Home working through various mediums and techniques. Each week, the artists will learn a new art technique and create something they get to take home. The price is all inclusive including materials, ceramics, glazing and firing in the kiln.
