Child Prodigy Fitness Training @ F45 Airdrie

ACA@Home has teamed up with F45 Airdrie to provide a heart pumping, sweat dripping 45 minutes of training fun. Children will be taught functional movement and fitness skills by highly trained instructors and have the opportunity to train like a pro. This class includes 3 weeks of Introductory Cardio/Core training and 4 weeks of Introductory Resistance training.

ACA@Home has teamed up with Rival Axe Throwing for an awesome 7 week private Axe Throwing League. There is no experience necessary and participants will learn all techniques and skills needed. Fun will be had, prizes will be won. Register now!

Introduction to Martial Arts @ Airdrie Martial Arts Centre

ACA@Home has teamed up with the Airdrie Martial Arts Centre to provide a fun and interactive 1 hour session of martial arts. Children will be taught by three certified instructors and learn the basics of boxing, kick boxing, judo, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jijitsu. No experience needed!
